Mr. Charles Laflamme has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications, technology and aerospace industries. In the last 15 years, he has held CFO positions in both public (TSX Venture) and private firms. With Bell Canada International (BCI), he was involved in large emerging markets telecom start- ups including expatriate assignments in India and Brazil. He has highly diversified operational experience in most areas of finance, including extensive financial planning and debt/equity financing, acquired in both large corporations and start-up companies, locally and internationally. He also has extensive management experience in strategic planning, administration, contract negotiation, human resources, IT, and purchasing.

 

Mr. Laflamme holds a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Université Laval, in Quebec, Canada and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) as well as a member of the Réseau des ingénieurs du Québec and the Montreal Society of Financial Analysts.
