Ms. Rita Trudeau

Mrs. Rita Trudeau is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years of experience covering a variety of technical disciplines with an emphasis on project planning and controls. She has experience with multiple industries including: Telecommunications, Automotive, Construction, Manufacturing, Finance, Mining, Health Care, Government, Insurance, Utilities and Transportation. She has held project management positions within two prominent Engineering firms, a Hydro Electric Utility and with a Municipality, and also worked with a Project Management Training and Consulting organization for over ten years, and she has experience in design, planning, procurement, scheduling and methodology development. She has managed projects of up to $350Million in budget and has significant expertise in the management of vendors and procurement for a variety of clients.

Mrs. Trudeau brings extensive hands-on experience and adult learning expertise to create effective and highly engaging learning experiences. She regularly teaches a wide range of programs from beginner to advanced courses in areas of Project Management, Program and Portfolio Management, Business Analysis, Leadership and Communications, and ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library). She speaks at international conferences and facilitates courses for clients and the Project Management Institute in North America and overseas. In a consulting capacity, she assists companies with their project needs by providing facilitation for workshops and by managing projects. She continues to contribute professional knowledge and further the profession of project management, engineering and training as member of the IEEE, CSTD and the Southern Ontario Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI). She is one of the primary designers of the Bay3000 ClearView PM™ assessment tool.

Mrs. Trudeau holds a Bachelor of Technology with a major in Project Management from Ryerson University. She has two credentials with the Project Management Institute (PMI); Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP).
