Mr. Barnes has occupied top executive positions in different telecom organizations: Director General - Strategic Planning at the Canadian Radiotelevision and Telecommunications Commission (Canadian telecom regulator), Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association, Vice-President - Public Affairs at AT&T Canada Enterprises and Vice-President - Government and Regulatory Affairs, Mobility Canada.

Mrs. Lorna Mata, MBA, has over 20 years of extensive experience in international telecommunications having previously worked with major Canadian telecommunications operators: Bell Canada, Teleglobe Canada, Telus and Stentor. Her main domains of expertise are in sales, marketing, interconnection, carrier relations, distribution and customer service.
